Submission Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines carefully when preparing your manuscript for ICAMSCI 2026. Non-compliant submissions may be desk-rejected without review.
Paper Format
Papers must be written in English and follow the Springer LNCS format.
Full papers: 10–15 pages including references, figures, and tables.
Short papers / posters: 6–8 pages including references.
All submissions must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another venue.
Plagiarism check (iThenticate) will be performed. Similarity index must be below 20%.
Review Process
All papers undergo double-blind peer review by at least two expert reviewers.
Authors will receive detailed reviewer feedback with constructive comments.
Accepted papers must be presented in person at the conference for publication.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper. Papers without registered presenting authors will be withdrawn from the proceedings.
