Submission Guidelines
Authors are requested to carefully follow the submission guidelines while preparing their manuscripts for ICAMSCI 2026. Submissions should present original, unpublished research relevant to the conference themes and must comply with the prescribed formatting and ethical standards. Manuscripts that do not conform to the submission requirements may be returned for revision or declined without review.
Paper Format
Manuscripts must be written in English.
Abstracts and full papers should follow the conference formatting guidelines available on the conference website.
Abstract submissions should clearly state the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Full papers should include the title, author details, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgements (if applicable), and references.
All submissions must represent original work and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any copyrighted material included in their manuscripts. All submitted manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism using standard similarity detection software.
Review Process
All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by subject experts.
Evaluation will be based on originality, technical quality, scientific significance, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.
Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' comments.
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the conference registration and present the paper during ICAMSCI 2026. Only registered and presented papers will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings or publication opportunities, subject to the policies of the respective publishers and journals.
