International participants requiring an Indian visa may request an official invitation letter from the Organizing Committee after completing their conference registration. The invitation letter is intended solely to support the visa application process and does not guarantee visa approval.
Invitation Letter Request
International participants requiring a visa invitation letter should first complete their conference registration. After registration, please email your request to icamsci.conference@gmail.com with the subject line "Visa Invitation Letter – [Your Name]". Kindly include your registration ID, full name as it appears on your passport, passport number, nationality, institutional affiliation, and presentation details (if applicable). Invitation letters are normally issued within 3–5 working days, subject to verification.
Required Documents checklist
Before applying for a visa, ensure you have the following documents: a valid passport with at least two months' validity from the date of travel, conference registration confirmation, abstract/paper acceptance letter (if applicable), official visa invitation letter issued by the Organizing Committee, recent passport-sized photographs, and any additional documents required by the Embassy or Consulate of India in your country.
